Silence Means Donate

Clearing out a parent's house, on a deadline.

Claim it by Friday, or it's donated.

A text-message sign-off tool for siblings clearing out a parent's house. Snap an item, everyone gets a text with four buttons, and if nobody answers by the deadline it goes to the donate pile, with the time and the names on the record. In development, so join the waitlist.

We only text family who tap your invite link. Photos stay private to your house.

Why Silence Means Donate

No more "don't throw anything out".

Every item gets a deadline. When it passes, your house default (donate, sell or toss) kicks in, and you stop waiting.

Nobody installs anything.

Your siblings get a text with the photo and four buttons: keep, ship me, sell, donate. One tap and they've answered.

The record, for later.

Who claimed what, what went by silence, and when. Every Sunday everyone gets the recap, and at the end you get a one-page record of the whole house.

How it works

  1. Set the house. Pick the deadline and the default (donate, sell or toss). Paste one invite into the family group text. Siblings tap it once and choose text or email.
  2. Snap an item. One photo, a few words if you like. Each sibling gets it with four buttons.
  3. Let the clock run. Answers land on the item. Two keeps? You decide or tap coin-flip. No answer by the deadline? It moves to the default pile, stamped with the time.

Questions

Isn't this harsh on my siblings?

Everyone sees the deadline from the first text, and everyone gets a Sunday recap of what's still open. Nobody is surprised. They just can't stall forever.

Do you pick up or sell the stuff?

No. We keep track of the decisions. You still book the donation pickup, the sale or the dumpster. Each item lands on the right list, so that part goes faster.

What will it cost?

We plan $49 per house, one time, for unlimited items and siblings until you mark the house empty. The first 10 items are free. Right now it's in development, and the waitlist is free.
